VIBA SPA

VIBA SPA located in Tradate, near Varese, was founded in February 1973 with the aim of ensuring an excellent service in meeting all the technical and qualitative requirements of the Italian Industry for thermoplastic polymers transformation, by producing a wide range of coloured Masterbatches marketed under VIBATAN trade-mark.

VIBA FRANCE

VIBA FRANCE is the youngest of the Subsidiaries Companies of VIBA SPA. Established in May 2001 and located in Lorraine, this Company became operative starting from March 2002 and is now an important manufacturing unit for Coloured Masterbatches, distributed all over France with all the other products of VIBATAN range.

VIBA IBERICA

INDUSTRIAL QUIMICA VIBA IBERICA S.L. is a production and marketing unit founded in 1994 in the industrial area of Santa Perpetua de la Mogoda (Barcelona) to better serve the growing market demand in the Iberian Peninsula through an effective manufacturing activity supported by a well equipped Laboratory working in close liaison and cooperation with the Italian headquarter.    

VIBA EASTERN EUROPE

Born in 2006 in Györ, Hungary, VIBA EASTERN EUROPE Kft. is a new Joint-venture created by VIBA SPA together with its Dutch partners W&R Plastics B.V. This new commercial pole is aimed to optimize the distribution of the full range of VIBATAN products throughout Eastern Europe, where this trade-mark has always been well known and appreciated, also thanks to a VIBA manufacturing site of Black Masterbatches which has been located  for a certain period of time in such territory.                                                

VIBA CVI

In 2005 VIBA announces the creation of a new Joint-venture in Hong Kong together with the Chinese Company CVI (China Venture International), thus establishing VIBA-CVI Ltd whose purpose is the production and commercialisation of Masterbatches for the specific field of BOPP in China and throughout Southeast Asia.
