Quality System
Right from the first edition of ISO 9000, VIBA began to manage its organization according to such norms and then continued by modelling its own Quality System up to UNI EN ISO 9002, thus obtaining its first Certification in 1993.
When UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 came into force, VIBA started working to adapt its System to the new parameters, thus obtaining the relevant Certification in 2002.
By this changeover to the new standards VIBA could certificate its research and development activities for any of its family of products (white, black, additive, coloured and special effects Masterbatches for thermoplastic polymers and techno-polymers) and move towards continuous improvements and satisfaction of its customers. Further to the approach introduced by the new standard, it has also been possible for VIBA to re-examine and in some cases to better plan some processes connected to the organization of the Company.
According to ISO 9000 such Certification has been obtained also by VIBA France and VIBA Spain.
This means that each operational unit works in the respect of its own quality system, which perfectly reflects that of the entire group aimed at the satisfaction of customers’ requests and at the achievement of a common strategy.
This is our aim: to continuously improve our organization, also adapting our Quality management System to those rules mentioned in the new edition of ISO 9001:2008.
